Amazing! “Arthur” Explains Asperger’s

As the mother of a child with high-functioning autism, I have often wondered why, with all of the growing attention surrounding ASD, is there not a television show featuring characters that represent amazing kiddos like mine? Well, PBS made a huge stride with this episode by introducing Carl, a character who is misunderstood by his classmates. In the following clip, George, a recurring character, has questions about his friend and comes to the understanding that his friend has Asperger Syndrome.
